***All my spoons are treated with a coating of food grade mineral oil to protect them for longer. I recommend re-oiling your spoon every 3-6 months (depending on use) to keep it in tip top condition and prevent cracking from excessive heat and moisture.

***NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. To clean after use, simply wash by hand in warm soapy water and leave to dry naturally.
